Our medical practice operates on a purely 'Fee per Service'
We are Out-Of-Network and do not participate in any Insurance programs
We do not treat patients under Medicare and we do not accept Medicaid
Our Service Fees are dependent upon and will vary with the unique conditions of our individual patients
We charge a fixed fee of $750 for each New Patient Consultation (any services and associated fees will be established after completion of your first New Patient Consultation).
